treatment for ptsd in soldiers
If a soldier in the military tries to commit suicide does that mean his military career is over?

As I said in my previous question my best friends husband tried to commit suicide…he has been seeing mental health for over 3 months, has been taking meds for Depression and has been diagnosed with Ptsd…I know his position is a supply sgt and I’ve heard him say he deals with weapons and artillery alot…I know that they are sending him to some type of treatment in Hawaii (i guess because he is stationed overseas) for a month or so..because he has attempted suicide will the military automatically discharge him???
